Shipping Policy

At Jean Bee Apothecary, we do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping options available at checkout

International Shipping

At this time, we do not currently offer international shipping, though please check back as we will be adding it as soon as we can.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some of our products, such as balms, soaps, and candles, may be sensitive to heat and could soften or melt in transit. We are exploring insulated packaging options to protect these items, which may be offered for an additional cost in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control, but we’ll do our best to assist if your package is delayed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@jeanbee.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
