At Jean Bee Apothecary, we care deeply about your experience with our products. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Refunds for Products

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. Please include the original packaging if possible.
  • Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened skincare or personal care products) may not be eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item shows signs of use or is returned outside of these conditions, we may still honor a partial refund or store credit.

Services, Coaching & Consultations

(Coming soon) Once we begin offering services, our goal is to ensure your experience is valuable. If you feel a service isn’t meeting your expectations, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or credit toward future sessions.

Exchanges

We replace products if they arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at support@jeanbee.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: 5917 Lowell Ave, Alexandria, VA 22312.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
